Corporate Communications Assistant

Your role

This is a role in UBS's corporate communications team in Shanghai. We are looking for someone to support the team in China, including:

External Communications:

• Support UBS media coverage monitoring on a daily basis; prepare clipping reports for key media events and spokespersons
• Support UBS media events on site; other media relations support as required
• In charge of vendor payment, contract management, archiving, regulatory reports and other admin work as required

Internal Communications:

• Support the execution of internal activities of staff townhall, culture talk podcast, etc;
• Support the design and implementation of long-term community affairs programs to provide volunteering opportunities for employees in China;
• Track and analyze volunteering, budgeting and granting data regularly; support the logistics for community partners on boarding, such as contracting, due diligence, etc.

Your expertise

Your experience and skills:

• University degree with 1 year work experience in the relevant fields (degree in Communications or Marketing disciplines would be advantageous)
• Basic understanding of China media landscape or internal communication operation in a company
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
