E-Commerce Coordinator

Position introduction:

A member of the Richmont Group's E-commerce department and is responsible for planning, launching, and operating e-commerce and digital projects for various luxury jewelry, watches and fashion brands, including Cartier, Montblanc, Van Cleef Apel, Piaget, Panerai, and IWC.

Main tasks:

• Market research and report writing.
• Weekly/Monthly/Quartley/Yearly data collection and management.
• Training materials and translation of English documents.
• Support for e-commerce and digital projects.
• Assistance to CRC (Customer Contact Center)
• Other office work assistants.

Employment type: 1 year contract worker (3 months probationary period)

Qualifications:

• College graduate/take a leave of absence or prospective graduate.
• Business English skills are essential (reading comprehension, writing, conversation, etc.)
• Those who are good at using MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word)
• A person who is bright, active, and enjoys rapid work environment/growth.
• Diligent, meticulous, and responsible.
• Those who have a high understanding of market trends, consumers, and e-commerce and are good at searching data.
• A person who can communicate well with related departments and brands through multi-tasking.

* Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship or new employee experience.
• Those who can work right after passing the interview.
• Those who can work during the one-year contract.
