Partnership Officer (Communications)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Partake in identifying appropriate partners that align with STEAR’s values
• Coordinate partnership proposals with prospective partners, with a particular focus on organizations throughout Asia
• Spearhead discussions on areas of potential value-exchange
• Create and maintain relationships with a range of high-level partners
• Work closely with your counterpart Partnership Officer who will focus on STEAR’s outreach in Europe, and STEAR’s VPEA to deliver and develop our external strategy

​Qualifications

Mandatory

• Excellent command of spoken and written English, with a proven ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
• Good planning, organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work with different stakeholders 
• Interest in Asia-Europe relations and related affairs

Preferred

• Experience in partnership acquisition / representing an organization to external partners
• Experience working/studying in Asia, with a network of potential partners you would like STEAR to collaborate with
• Experience working in a multicultural organization

Hours of Commitment

3-5 hours/week
