Job Responsibility

  • Work closely with management in the implementation of corporate policies related to human resources, organizational and employee development in engineering department
  • Consult with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues, attempting to resolve employee relations issues with a systematic approach
  • Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., compensation review, workforce planning and organizational change)
  • Assist senior management in the development of solutions through organizational development and cultural and process-oriented perspectives
  • Viewed as a strategic business partner, change agent, and member of the line management staff
  • Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function
  • Think, act and work with business management to drive human resources related improvement initiatives

The successful candidate will be a self-driven, highly motivated individual looking to learn and contribute to the human resources function of a mission-drive, global education organization. This person will be organized and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Further, this person must be resilient and reliable while demonstrating an ability to build a strong community culture within a global environment. This candidate will demonstrate strong data sensibility and be capable to take HR projects individually.

  • Requires BS/BA degree or equivalent with 5 or more years of related experience
  • Requires HR business partner experience.
  • HR knowledge in C&B, labor law, project management, etc.
  • The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
  • Good communication (written and verbal) in English.
  • Good planning and problem solving skills with the ability to work in a fast paced and limited resource environment.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to coordinate priorities and initiatives.
  • Independent but a good team player.
  • Self-motivated, passionate to work and dedicated to continuous improvement and growth.
