Summary

Hub DM Assistant Supervisor is responsible for supporting Hub supervisor who is managing sort activities. He/she is accountable for ensuring packages are sorted accurately and loaded onto appropriate ULD & Feeder for movement to next location. He/she have abilities that coordinates sort operation and monitor health and safety compliance, creating collaborative work environment, and identifying internal and external customer needs.

Key accountabilities

  • Safety: Preparation to submit an industrial accident survey to Ministry of Labor
  • Safety: Preparation report about Injury investigation
  • Safety: Preparation of training material for ICN Hub employees training
  • Facility audit and preparation
  • Equipment management - Scanner (daily log, condition, repair etc.)
  • Customs compliance validation and customs regular audit preparation
  • Report preparations in relations to government regulations, e.g. radiation status check, etc.  
  • Weekly/Monthly performance/report  follow up 
  • Expense and payment support 
  • Overtime & Cost analysis
  • Business Plan Preparation support  -  Staffing/OT/Productivity/CAPEX 
  • Visitor escort – Customer, Customs (Explain or present about ICN facility to customer & customs)
  • Daily Exception follow up 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or above
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in similar capacity 
  • Hands-on knowledge in MS Excel, Word and Power point
  • Good ability to read & write in English - preferred 
  • Positive and Co-operative mindset 
  • Able to work on weekends and holidays

Working Hours

40 hours a week

09:00 – 18:00 or 13:00 – 22:00

Weekend/Holiday works required in case of need.
