[Summary]

This role will support the day to day implementation of the Health Care Compliance (HCC) program locally under supervision of the Consumer Health Korea HCCO.

[Responsibilities]

1. Under supervision of the Health Care Compliance Officer, this position will ensure that the HCC program

• Ensure business activities with HCPs/government officials are planned in consistence with applicable HCC policies and procedures by helping review and pre-approve specific activities.
• Review and communicate with other countries’ HCC team for Cross Border Activities related to business activities
• Data review and validation as reviewer   
• Assist to deploy HCC policy and procedure in covered franchise and/or department by providing necessary training and/or communication to covered employees, managing changes, and monitoring implementation.
• Participate in the company HCC monitoring program and help to identify warning signals and/or gaps
• Following up on the Management Action Plan and guide the business partners to close gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Reporting unplanned deviations and support HCC Officer in Managing day-to-day allegations and investigations.
• Providing metrics to HCC Officer and Operations group as required.

2. Interface with the global/regional HCC community to share approaches to HCC.

[Requirements]

• BA/BS degree, law degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years business experiences
• Independent and objective thinker, able to advance ideas and influence others
• Strong drive for results and solution orientated
• Average fluency in English
• High level of integrity with good ethical core values
• Good interpersonal skills
