What you will do

As a Communications Intern for Korea Team, you will contribute to delivering values for Korea team in both external and internal communication, as well as enhancing the Cytiva brand value in the Korean market.

• You will be trained to facilitate and manage various internal meetings including townhalls, roundtables and other events with a goal to bring higher employee engagements.
• You will collaborate with many Cytivans to develop articles and newsletters to share with the employees stories about company-wide events, best practices in business and those that will help inspire to build positive company culture.
• You will be involved in supporting some level of external communication such as drafting articles, assisting media events or taking event photos & videos.
• You will create contents for social media and lead social media campaigns that can
• impact employee engagement and increase brand awareness in the market.
• You will manage photos and video contents.
• You will reach out to various stakeholders internally to source story items from employees and find opportunities to enhance communication within the organization or promote successful business cases.
• In doing so, you will always be guided and supported by your supervisor and many coaches. So enjoy being with us!

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree with interest in PR & Communication
• Holds trustworthy attitude and eagerness to work, learn and contribute to Cytiva Korea
• Able to plan, find right collaborators, and execute fast, not being afraid of failure. (We always learn from failure – we’re looking for action & result oriented candidate)
• Excellent command of both English and Korean (Needs to speak fluently, write clearly and communicate effectively in both languages)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Has used diverse online communication tools and good at sharing stories and information to people
• All-round team player who builds positive influence and relationship with various kinds of people.
• Preferred skills: Photo & video editing, photography and PPT designing
