Business Development Manager

We are looking to hire a business development manager to help our global business team create new opportunities and manage Adriel’s sales funnel to close new business. You will be working closely with our sales team to generate leads, qualify, and consult with prospective or current clients to establish successful business relationships. As a representative of Adriel solutions on the global marketplace, you will be reporting key findings and business requirements back to our product team to further product development. With a deep understanding of our prospective customers’ needs and interests, you will also be playing a key role in Adriel’s marketing strategies ideation and value proposition.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a driven and energetic individual to help develop our global sales presence. If you are a tech-savvy professional with a background in digital marketing and SaaS sales, we would like to work with you.

Our ideal candidate has exceptional task and customer management skills and is able to autonomously prioritize key opportunities while communicating proactively with each team. Impeccable English verbal & written communication and customer service skills are a must.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
  • Demo Adriel solutions to prospective clients and act as a consultant to outline needs and business requirements. Maintain relationships and follow ups until the sale is closed.
  • Produce reports regarding new prospects and communicate closely with our product team to further product development and ensure product-market fit.
  • Research markets to identify buying/selling trends, new markets, and customer needs. Suggest and develop sales and marketing strategies based on key findings.
  • Develop relationships with industry professionals, competitors, vendors and other personnel.
  • Maintain an ongoing relationship with customers after the sale to ensure customer success.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends and competition to provide accurate content + strategy suggestions.
  • Content creation and copywriting for marketing materials, including social media communication, blog, and promotional content.

  • Keen knowledge of SaaS and platform businesses.
