Fresh E-commerce Specialist

[MAIN PURPOSE]

• Build and develop e-commerce strategy and plans in line with brand’s objectives to achieve sales target and increase brand awareness
• Manage the brand website and search ad to enhance the brand’s visibility and improve sales

[MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES]

• E-commerce channel Operation (Channels : Kakao gifting & Naver brand store)
• Plan channel strategy in line with brand’s objectives and sales target
• Manage the target sales of each platform through regular updates and maintenance of contents and promotions
• Monitor the monthly promotion level and plan accordingly to meet the annual target of online sales.
• Effectively communicate with channel MDs, internal stakeholders, and online agency
• Identify new e-commerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans
• Prepare weekly & monthly mall sales analysis report

[PRINCIPAL SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION]

• University degree
• 4~6 years of online marketing experience in the cosmetic industry
• Sales result driven and proactive attitude, passion for the brand & cosmetics industry,
• Effective and professional communication skills in Korean and English
• Enjoys online related work and actively engages in digital communications
