Alstom Korea Transport continues the success as being business partner of Korea railway industry by providing main spare parts of KTX and signalling solutions to important operators in Korea.

We are looking for Administration Officer in Alstom Korea who will take lead in office management, communication relay, administrative and operational support in Sales/Services business and HR. You should be autonomous and responsible with good communication skill in Korean/English proficiency to support the team in Korea (Sales & Services) in timely and qualitative manner. In this position, you will report directly to Sales Leader in Korea and functionally report to Head of HR based in Hong Kong.

In this role, you will be responsible:

  • Office management including lease contract, maintenance, coordination with building management team for premise security
  • Support administrative task in business operation (Sales, Services team)
  • Manage indirect sourcing & purchase order
  • Act as Communication Relay coordinating the group/region communication to local team
  • Organize a team building activity; e.g. Corporate social responsibility event, etc.
  • Support HR Operations: Payroll & social security coordinating with outsourcing vendors, leave record, learning administration, recruiting, people system update, etc.

You are expected to be equipped: 

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in office management and administrative assistant
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Proficient in written/speaking English & Korean
  • Good interpersonal communication skill with internal and external parties in professional manner
  • Sense in confidentiality with sensitive information (commercial, personnel…)
  • Team player with agility in matrix organization
