Member Growth Specialist

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We need a Member Growth Specialist who will enable planning and executing member journeys for Nike.com as well as the physical stores with O2O opportunities in mind. You will be enabling acquiring & retaining buying members, ultimately leading to incremental and sustainable growth for Nike. The specialist must be self-motivated, driven, data & detail-oriented, and have an explorer-spirit with great communication skills and a consumer-centered mindset.

WHAT WILL THE TALENT WORK ON?
  • Support and enable the creation of Nike member programs and policies, working with Nike.com Business teams, Store teams, Marketing, and Consumer Services
  • Support member segmentation for targeted communications, working with Consumer Direct Marketing, Nike.com Business team, and SNKRS (Sneakers) team
  • Set up and operate member promotions for retail momentums, working mostly with the Business and Tech team
  • Devise journeys or benefits for membership products working with Merchandising and Business teams
  • Create seamless member journeys within Nike.com with alignment and help from Digital Operations, Tech, and Consumer Direct Marketing
  • Make sure all of the above is done in accordance with member data. Track, measure, and act against member KPIs, working with Insight & Analytics team
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

Creating incremental and sustainable growth through member programming takes a lot of cross-functional work with meticulous planning and collaboration, as well as managing through ambiguity and newness. On a daily, you will be working with various cross-functional teams, especially NDDC (Nike Direct Digital Commerce) Business Team, Insight & Analytics, Marketing, O2O, Stores, SNKRS(Sneakers), Tech, Consumer Services, Digital Operations, Merch, etc.
 
WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE
  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business or related field is strongly preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital or eCommerce industry
  • Ability to communicate proactively & cross-functionally to enable smooth alignment and execution of member initiatives
  • Ability to prioritize & manage multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical skills to be able to read member data and gain insight into future initiatives
  • Ability to manage through ambiguity and newness
  • High-level fluency in English & Korean
  • Local/Domestic Hire only
