Customer Service (Associate)
This role is responsible for Under Armour's customer service in Korea. He/she will response to consumer’s inquiry, complaint and dissatisfaction, and develop new best practices to increase consumer’s satisfaction and operation efficiency
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Continuously improve a customer service level
- Capability to managing all kinds of customer related issues
- Responsible for consumer’s inbound call and response to consumer’s inquiry and requirement
- Make a outbound call to consumer to provide any feedback for their requirement timely
- Aggressively communicate with the related functions and teammates to resolve issues
- Support Franchise Partners to manage consumer’s complaints
Education And / Or Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3 years’ customer service center experience in e-commerce and retail industry
- Ability to identify complaints from consumer’s inquiry
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Good collaboration, communication, and analytical skills
- Excellent documentation skill – Excel, Powerpoint, Google sheet, Word, etc
- Familiar with CS call system across multiple platforms
- Fashion and/or sports industry with Salesforce Service Cloud experience preferred
- Good command of both spoken and written English
