KROSS Finance Korea(KFK) is a fintech company whose mission is to challenge the status quo of traditional financial institutions by providing direct and alternative lending services for small and medium sized enterprises(SMEs).  Our unique peer to business(P2B) lending services provides much needed financial support for SMEs while providing above market returns for individual, corporate, and institutional investors.  We are registered as a P2P lending firm(2021-38) with Financial Services Commission(FSC) under P2P Lending Act. 

KFK Winter Internship:
As a leading P2P lending firm specialized in supply chain financing, KFK provides extensive and collaborative  Winter  Internship  Program  for  both  undergraduate  and  graduate  students  in professional working environments with resources to be successful in their future career.  Over the 4-to-8-week duration of our program, our interns participate in various projects that cover both our own and our clients’ toughest real-world challenges. 

Your Role & Responsibilities: 

• Work with seniors and other interns to facilitate meetings, track minutes, circulate notes and follow up on action items
• Research and present analysis on market environment, competitors and supply chain, legal, technical, and social environment, and business opportunities
• Interview clients’ customers, competitors, suppliers, and experts to provide basis for the business case and strategic recommendations
• Manage and provide information sources, gather and interpret data, and execute analysis to translate information into meaningful business insights

Our Project Opportunities:

• Go-To-Market Strategy for Vietnam P2P and Supply Chain Financing for SMEs
• Business Feasibility Review of Fuel Cell Power Package for an Automobile Part Manufacturer  
• Feasibility Study on Lending Services Based on Virtual Asset as a Collateral
• Competitor Analysis and Prospects of P2P Lending Firms in Korea 
• Market Assessment of Credit Card Advanced Payment for SMEs 

Basic Skills, Experiences, and Qualifications: 

• Experience with conducting research 
• Ability to work independently and in teams, and remotely 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, etc. 

Preferred Skills, Experiences, and Qualifications:  

• Possession of excellent critical thinking and analytical skills 
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Strong self-motivation and time management   
• Experience with consulting and/or research firms and/or startups  

Compensation: 

• Our proposed salary range for this position is at least 9,160 per hour with meal reimbursement. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.  

Location: 

• We are located in Youido, Seoul with easy access to public transportation and top-rated restaurants and facilities.
