In your role as Recruiter, you identify and access fresh talent, leading exceptional journeys that match candidates to Apple’s Retail careers. You drive the planning and execution of Non-leadership hiring efforts, internal and external, and deliver hiring strategies across your Market(s) by using company tools, processes, and competencies for support. You are deeply customer focused, and work in both current and future state situations, in order to meet changing and evolving business needs. Key Qualifications:

  • Experienced in developing and delivering effective recruitment strategies
  • Expertise in end-to-end recruiting in a high volume environment
  • Sound and objective talent assessment skills through use of company hiring tools and resources
  • Skilled at negotiation and delivering successful outcomes for all sides
  • Able to prioritise and manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines
  • Self-aware and connected with own personal working style and habits
  • Experience or understanding of retail and recruiting
  • Skilled at Training and Facilitation

Description:

  • Partner with Recruiting and Retail leadership and hiring managers to identify and build out staffing needs and strategies.
  • Help drive Recruiting initiatives, including university, inclusion & diversity, and other outreach campaigns and programs.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships, and have a keen sense of negotiation with all “customers” including candidates, hiring managers and business partners.
  • Create and maintain strong working relationships with Apple Retail leaders, staffing community and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results, and credibility.
  • Have deep understanding of the complete recruiting function, including: research, sourcing, networking, behaviour based interviewing and closing.
  • Initiate and maintain excellent working relations within the Apple People organization.
  • Effective communication approaches that include: actively keeping others informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts, verbally and in written form, and timeliness.
  • Maintain flexibility to deal with ambiguity and the evolving needs of the business environment.
  • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state -of-the-art recruiting practices.
  • You educate field leadership on available systems, tools, and processes to ensure effective hiring results and a positive candidate journey.
