Paralegal - Project Finance

Work Condition

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the lawyers as well as the legal support team in a variety of tasks such as research and translations, among others
• Assist in preparation of the firm's credentials and marketing materials, PPT presentations for seminars and client industry related research in both Korean and in English
• Assist in preparation of client meeting summaries in Korean and in English
• Assist in Korean-English and English-Korean translations of legal documents
• May require overseas business trips and flexible working arrangements
• Successful candidates at the initial screening stage will be required to take a written test

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree (JD/LLM degree preferred)
• Strong academic background
• Fluent oral and written English and Korean language skills
• Clear and concise writing skills
• Good verbal communication skills
• Related work experience in a corporate or law firm environment
• Good organizational skills
• Knowledge of word processing and other software as needed
• Ability to follow through on assignments
• Ability to work under pressure and with a variety of personalities
• Willingness and ability to work overtime and long hours
• Excellent professional references
• Good judgment
• Requires fluency in Word, Excel, PPT and HWP
