Role Summary:
This position is responsible for the management of the COMIRNATY (COVID-19 Vaccine) by planning/executing from launch readiness to commercialization which will be the key for delivering our innovative vaccines to contribute to our efforts to end this pandemic around the world.
Role Responsibilities:
Define the local COVID-19 preventative measures and efforts, in order to achieve successful public health outcomes by partnering with internal/external stakeholders
Ensure on time launch and execution of key milestones via the development of a detailed, tangible and actionable plan that will inform/validate the country GTMM and resourcing
Engage and involve key stakeholders/KOLs to shape the market, lead up-to-date science and build up vaccine confidence based on real-world evidence
Glocalize Strategic and Tactical Brand plans to local needs
Work effectively with cross-functional teams to develop access/commercialization strategies.
Develops operating plans and POAs for COMIRNATY (COVID-19 Vaccine) portfolio
Analyzes and interprets market intelligence from a range of sources (including market research) to ensure that knowledge is up to date and appropriate for decision making
Demonstrates sound financial management by ensuring that expenses are within budgets to achieve profit targets
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or above
At least 3 years of marketing experience in pharmaceuticals is preferred
Prior experience of working with Glocal framework and successful product launches
Strong project management, coordination skills across internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent verbal & written communication skill both in English & Korean
Excellent presentation, communication and leadership skills
Works effectively within teams and across organizations
