For our Marketing, Sales and Product Management team, understanding the full potential of our technology and the trend in our markets is highly rewarding. In addition, helping customers all over the world improve efficiency, save resources and reduce emissions gives our work a powerful sense of purpose. You will analyze and report market and customer status and provide sales team support. (E.g. order assistance, payment-related assistance) In addition, Develop and implement programs for internal and external communications within the assigned area of responsibility, in line with global business strategy, Corporate Communications strategy, corporate identity and brand positioning.

Your responsibilities

• You will support preparation of relevant organization financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• You will ensure appropriate order handling of products/systems/services, process orders to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products, ensure contracts are appropriately managed with adherence to payment terms.
• You will be responsible for the analysis of sales reports and market intelligence essential, recommend revisions to existing reports and assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed and produce monthly and ad-hoc reports to monitor market and progress.
• You will assist Country Managing Director.
• You will manage Hitachi Energy Korea website, Hitachi Energy Korea SNS accounts creating content/design, release online news articles and information on brand’s story, marketing/business communications activities, promotions including brand ad & key search optimization, etc., boost employee engagement locally and support Internal Communications.
• You will support Group corporate communications initiative and successfully implement into Korea.
• You will contribute to the growth of a brand in the markets, by driving communications on internet and mobile environment to increase awareness of Hitachi Energy Korea brand.
• You will arrange business critical internal/external events, including for example travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodation, conferences, visiting customers etc.

Your background

• A Bachelor's degree in public relations or another relevant field or any equivalent qualification.
• Above 5 years of working experience as Sales Administrator, Financial & Accounting support, Marketing support, Communications or equivalent.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English and Korean required.
• Highly motivated and diligent.
• Good interpersonal skill and Innovative/creative problem-solving skills.
• SAP experience preferred.
