As International Marketing Manager, you will support the International Marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategy for international releases / artists in Sony Music Entertainment Korea

What you will do:

• Planning, developing, and executing social media and physical/digital marketing campaigns to increase artist awareness and ultimately drive digital, physical sales through creative ideas
• Identify key social platforms and stay abreast on new emerging connections, trends, and technology to effectively initiate and manage communications with the target audience
• Manage projects to develop and fulfil marketing initiatives
• Develop and maintain an awareness and understanding of the music industry
• Monitor and analyze competitor releases and feedback during campaign planning

Who you are:

• 4-7 years’ experience working in relevant field Professional working experience in music, DSP, and entertainment industry
• Strong interest in and passion for music including being well versed in a variety of genres
• Proficiency in English communication, both written and business presentation
• Highly motivated, creative with experience and a passion for connecting with target audiences
• Excellent knowledge of digital marketing trends, platforms, and channels
• Experience and acumen in content creation and conceptualization is preferred
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, manage a varied and full workload and work to strict deadlines
• Awareness of industry trends and the local & international music landscape
• Superb written and verbal communications skills and an always on can do attitude
