[Summary]

Janssen Vaccine is recruiting for a temporary financial analyst, located in Korea.

The financial analyst will manage complex financial transactions and flows, inventory accounting for Janssen vaccine in line with Johnson & Johnson guidelines. Strong effective interpersonal skills are required to provide Supply Chain finance process expertise across the organization with a focused relationship with SC BUF and Planning.

This is a good opportunity to accelerate career development and grow as a finance leader of the company.

Basic location is Incheon Korea, but flexible working is possible under the discussion with the manager regarding COVID 19.

[Responsibilities]

- Provide support for business planning and forecast cycles.

- Provide support for quarterly closing of the company.

- Provide financial support to all departments in the plant including capital / investment proposals.

- Responsible for ad hoc report and various financial projects.

- Reviews, discusses and challenges any kind of business process.

- Improve the reporting and planning process and provide management with transparent information to support business decisions

[Requirements]

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent with professional experience but not limited

- Experience and Skills:

Required:

1. Basic finance and accounting knowledge.

Preferred:

1. Proven track record of supply chain finance experience.

2. Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills

3. Big picture orientation with attention to detail

4. Sound knowledge of a broad range of finance aspects

5. Act as team player and participate in various non-financial discussions, projects and actions.

6. From a financial compliance point of view, it’s expected to have knowledge of GAAP (Korea/US), IFRS and SOX related requirements.
