JOB Posting:  Research Analyst (Intern – Chinese or Japanese Language)

What You Will Do:

This opportunity offers the right candidate the chance to acquire the required skills to build, develop and grow a successful career in the field of business research as they work along with and learn from an enthusiastic and experienced team of researchers. Here’s what you’d be doing:

• Collect: Conduct secondary research on various industries, companies, and other topics to understand the industry dynamics, market size, trends & forecasts
• Analyze: Draw meaningful insights from the data collected using various methodologies
• Present: Organize the insights drawn and present them as impactful PowerPoint, Word or Excel reports
• Types of research may include but not limited to financial analysis, competitive benchmarking, company analysis, surveys etc.

What You Have:

• Expected to graduate soon or recently graduated with a bachelor’s or master’s degree having a strong academic record
• Native level of proficiency in either Chinese or Japanese and working-level proficiency in either English or Korean
• Good written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn and grow
• Analytical and logical reasoning ability and comfortable working with numbers
• Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office tools
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work both individually and as part of a team

Good to Have (but not required):

• Prior experience in business research
• Academic background in business, economics or finance and related fields
