We are pleased to share with you that our Management Trainee Program 2023/24 is now open for applications.

Our Management Trainee Programme will offer the selected candidates a well-rounded development experience and exposure to the hotel industry. The one-year structured program aims at developing our future leaders’ managerial, leadership, and functional skills. A series of function-focused job rotations in both Front of the House and Back of the House departments will be provided. Suitable candidates will receive extensive on-the-job training, coaching, and opportunities to participate in different project presentations of the hotels.

Upon successful completion with the fulfillment of predetermined performance criteria, Management Trainees will be rewarded with a fast-track career development.
