Manage the end-to-end execution of conferences, forums, investor tours, roadshows, bespoke trips and other ad hoc Investor Access events
Investor Access Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end execution of conferences, forums, investor tours, roadshows and other ad hoc Investor Access events
- Prepare event invitations, meeting schedules and marketing materials as required
- Ensure all necessary Compliance approvals have been obtained
- Set up event details in our event management systems and communicate the event to our regional equity sales and research teams
- Monitor event schedules to ensure available meeting slots are being filled
- Manage all logistical arrangements and partner closely with our Corporate Meetings and Events team on logistics around our larger flagship conferences
- Provide onsite support at events and monitor meeting attendance for post-event reporting
- Update event management systems with accurate post-event attendance for accurate client consumption reporting
- Origination of different types of events. Maintain corporate relationship.

- 3+ years of relevant experience is preferred but not required
- Fluency / Business proficiency in Korean (spoken and written)
