WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We need an Account Marketplace Operations (MPO) Specialist Lead to provide appropriate and accurate data for internal and external stakeholders in the MPO team and to be responsible for highlighting risks and opportunities. The candidate will communicate with, develop, and maintain positive relationships with account & channel contacts and internal cross-functional partners through report interpretation, tools, and email.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

• Responsible for order book health and integrity for Nike accounts
• Provides premium order management services in alignment with APLA services strategy
• Manages and executes orders against account plans in partnership with cross-functional teams
• Provides premium customer service and monitors daily activities on behalf of account on E2E operation flow
• Ensure adherence to policies and standard processes that drive efficiencies and are audit compliant
• Engage and work with cross-functional teams to improve Nike accounts inventory productivity thru health order book
• Create order management framework to enable future business model with APLA MPO operation functions
• Ensure and execute against efficient order management processes to plan/deliver seasons by maximizing order books
• Play an active role as a team for operations within the account, channel, and seasonal teams

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You will be collaborating daily with various internal business functions, including MPUs, logistics, DSM, Finance and Provide information for business decision-making through related meetings.

 

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE

• Bachelor’s degree with 1~2 years of relevant work experience preferred
• Works independently and comfortable with ambiguity
• Strong time management skills and critical thinking
• Multi-tasking skills
• Strong team player and ability to work with the cross-functional teams
• Effective and clear communication skills with various stakeholders
• Fluent written and verbal communication in Korean & English
• Strategic thinking, planning, and implementation
• Advanced knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications
• Local/Domestic Hire only
