Business Development Representative - South Korea

Scandit is currently expanding our business development organization in Tokyo, London and Boston.   You will focus on our target accounts in a region and vertical.  You will play a key role in generating new business opportunities by offering Scandit's disruptive computer vision, augmented reality and machine learning solutions to enterprise and mid-sized customers.

What You Will Do

• Generate pre sale opportunities through targeted outreach via phone, email, social and others.
• Research named accounts based on quarterly performance, organisational challenges, executive personnel changes, market conditions, and existing technology.
• Orchestrate discussions with senior executives around their business needs
• Set up meetings and demos for Account Executives
• Maintain lead, account, contact, and opportunity data across multiple CRM platforms.
• Keep detailed and accurate notes of all sales related activities
• Work closely with the Account Executives by country and/or vertical. 

Who You Are 

• You have between 0-18 months of experience in SaaS sales. (8+ months preferred)
• You have some experience in retail, transport & logistics, manufacturing or healthcare.
• You have a strong desire to learn and succeed in technology/software sales
• You have the ability to excel in an environment with multiple competing responsibilities.
• You have excellent interpersonal, written, and spoken communication skills
• You have energy, enthusiasm, commitment to detail and results oriented.
• You have the ability to think on your feet and display good judgement.
• You have native level fluency in English and Korean and other languages are an advantage.
