[Job Description]
Relationship Marketing Host is responsible for providing high quality services to our gaming customers on main gaming floor, High Limit Area and Solaire Club. As front runners of Solaire Resort & Casino and project a good image and goodwill of the company. Identify potential players to build up good rapport to drive incremental visitations to our venue.

Essential Responsibilities:

• New members acquisition on casino floor and provide premium services to patrons within assigned locations.
• Identify potential players and regular VIPs and providing a high standard of customer service to generate repeated visits by customer.
• Establish a warm rapport and willingness to listen.
• Anticipating customers’ needs and problems for all players in Solaire Resort & Casino and acting effectively, patiently, and willingly.
• Cooperate and coordinate with related department.
• Have a ‘team player” mentality about reporting and handling over of all information.
• Act in accordance with Solaire Resort & Casino policies and procedures without any intimidation to customers.

 Qualifications:

• College graduate or above.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English and Korean, in both written and oral forms.
• Outgoing and Presentable, willing to learn and have strong interest in customer services.
• Basic knowledge of computer skill.
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• With relevant working experiences in customer services including hotels, airlines and casino industries is preferred.
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
