Plan, organize, develop and provide operational support of VIP event programs to source full event cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Planify VIP workshop in collaboration with marketing, retail and L&D team.

• Identify VIP workshop requirements based on marketing and retail needs and make event plan according to marketing and retail calendar.
• Partner with VM, Marketing, retail and L&D team to prepare relevant event content & merchandising to maximize VIP client experience.
• Ensure the products and SMP needed in VIP workshops in cooperation with marketing team.
• Research for client activity and catering menu and arrange the program with agencies to guarantee quality of workshop.
• Set the client target based on the event purpose with CEM, marketing and retail team and arrange client love call for telemarketers.
• Communicate with forefront staffs for accurate execution of the event at POS level.
• Manage workshop budget to maximize profit and report to marketing team.
• Inline and cross communicate to make sure of accuracy of event executions, resulting in enhancing client experience and achieving retail excellence.
• Work closely with retail, marketing and CEM team to provide any VIP event related support required.

Conduct VIP workshop to optimize VIP brand loyalty and enhance Chanel brand essential.

• Host VIP workshop as main presenter with Beauty Confident posture and attitude.
• Create presentation content & client service scenario and deliver to the forefront staffs
• Be brand ambassador and interact to clients in relevant manner to elevate the quality of the event
• Maintain a close relationship with BAs to understand POS' event needs, interests and concerns for business growth.

Measure Effectiveness and Feedback on VIP events.

• Be accountable for client loyalty quantitative and qualitative KPIs by weekly & monthly event reporting
• Share observations and feedback regarding event execution & client reaction and other insights to office team.
• Proactively brining competitors' move and trends regarding VIP workshop to Retail, Learning, marketing and CEM.

Job Requirements:

• More than 3-5 years' experience in the cosmetic field
• Excellent therapist skills
• Excellent presentation skills & strong communication skill
• Analytic thinking
• Ability to communicate fluently in both verbal and written English
• Operation skills of computer utility
