About the role

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive secretarial support functions for attorneys requiring knowledge of format, procedure, and specialized terminology relevant to the attorney's practice area. Other key responsibilities include:

  • Managing attorney communications as requested (e.g. understanding attorney preferences with regards to answering the phone/taking messages/using voice mail, instant messenger, responding to e-mail, processing postal mail, setting up videoconferences, etc.).
  • Researching and obtaining a wide variety of information or documents requested by attorneys using online or other research tools.
  • Coordinating travel and managing out of office support for attorneys and/or clients in a cost-conscious manner. Updating attorneys concerning mail and phone messages while travelling.
  • Printing, scanning, organizing, transcribing, and distributing documents upon request, and/or coordinating with local copy centre to arrange for copying, custom reprographics/binding, and courier or other document delivery services.
  • Liaising with the Accounting and Billing Team to produce drafts, revisions and ensure the submission of client billings.  May contact clients regarding delinquent bills.
  • Reading and proofreading documents prior to distribution.

And have:

  • Fluency in Korean and English
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Strong Billing experience
