Inflammation & Immunology - Sales Representative

ROLE SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for launch and market development for Cibinqo (Abrocitinib), oral JAK inhibitor for Atopic Dermatitis treatment while driving the performance of products at different lifecycle stages – Xeljanz and Enbrel for the designated territory. The responsibilities include developing territory plans for new launches and performance management, communicating features and benefits of products based on clear understanding of the product profile, clinical data, strategies, selling skills, territory market situation, and customers.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify issues and opportunities in the designated territory and develop territory management plans to achieve territory business objectives/ goals.
  • Maintain an in-depth and sophisticated knowledge of disease and product to communicate and present clinical data as well as value messages of products.
  • Demonstrate ability to quickly learn and embrace new approach in a rapidly changing environment (change agile).  
  • Collect and track customer information, gather & share market insights and competitive intelligence with District Managers and Marketing.
  • Develop a call plan and report calls regularly. Implement promotional activities in collaboration with Marketing.
  • Build relationship and partnership with customers (e.g. Dermatologists, Rheumatologists, and Gastroenterologists) based on strong ethical business mindset; Engage them in a way that is meaningful to them so that they find value in interactions and welcome future engagements.
  • Zero breaches of industry Code, FCPA, KRPIA and local policy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor or above degree
  • New launch experience is preferred
  • Sales experience in pharmaceutical industry is preferred (1~7 years)
  • Strategic and analytic thinking
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Demonstrated performance in highly clinical selling environment
  • Ability to provide customer-oriented solutions
