Job Requirements

Title:

Intern (Duration: Any 3 months during Q4 2017 - Q1 2018)

Private Equity

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assisting the team in excavating investment opportunities    
• Briefing daily financial market news to team and record keeping timeline of major M&A and PE deals
• Assisting industry research as well as financial statement and comps analysis for target company
• Assisting in building PE clients’ target lists   
• Conducting extensive research across various industry sectors and companies
• Translation of due diligence materials   
• Performing other ad-hoc tasks as necessary

Requirements:

•       Accounting, Economics and Finance knowledge for being able to understand and interpret financial statements, industry and macroeconomic trends as well as key processes behind private equity deals

•       Understanding key valuation metrics and its fundamentals

•       Proficient use of Excel Spreadsheet and PowerPoint

• Native fluency in Korean with proficiency in English to be able to flexibly use both Korean database (i.e. FnGuide) and English-based database (i.e. Capital IQ)
