2018학년도 1학기 학부 강의정보 공유를 위한 설문 실시 안내

2018학년도 1학기 학부과목의 강의정보 공유를 위한 설문을 아래와 같이 실시합니다.
수강하는 과목의 설문 응답을 완료하여야 성적조회가 가능하오니, 모든 학생은 아래 안내에 따라 설문에 참여하여 주시기 바랍니다. 설문결과는 교수님께 수업개선 자료로 제공될 뿐 아니라, 여러분의 동료 및 후배들에게 교과목 선택을 위한 자료로 공개될 예정이오니, 최대한 성실하게 참여하여 주시면 감사하겠습니다.

1. 설문 실시기간 및 성적확인 기간        
    가. 설문 실시기간: 2018. 6. 1.(금) ~ 7. 5.(목)        
    나. 성적확인 기간: 2018. 6. 29.(금) ~ 7 .5.(목)        
    ※ 한 과목이라도 설문에 응답을 하지 않으신 경우 성적조회기간에 해당학기 성적을 조회하실 수 없음.

2. 설문 참여 방법
    학사포탈시스템에 접속 (http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr)        
    ⇒ 학사정보시스템 ⇒ 학사관리 ⇒ 로그인 (학번, 비밀번호 입력)        
    ⇒ ‘수업’ 탭 클릭 ⇒ ‘강의평가’  클릭 ⇒ 강의평가 후 ‘저장’

3. 학생 유의사항    
    가. 2012학년도 2학기부터 강의정보 공유를 위한 설문과 관련하여 목적, 취지, 임하는 자세 등
         주요 사항에 대한 안내 동영상을 시청하신 후 설문에 참여할 수 있습니다.    
    나. 2014학년도 1학기부터 팀티칭 과목(교수자 3명 이하인 경우만 해당)에 대하여 교수 개별평가가 진행됩니다.    
    다. 강의정보 공유를 위한 설문 응답을 완료하여야만 성적조회기간 동안 성적을 조회할 수 있습니다.    
    라. 학생들이 수강하는 한국어강의(원어강의 포함) 교과목은 “한국어”와 “영어” 중 선택하여 설문에 응답할 수 있습니다.           (영문 설문을 원할 경우 로그인 시 “ENGLISH"를 선택)    
    마. 2008학년도 2학기부터 영어강의 교과목은 반드시 영문 설문만 제공됩니다.    
    바. 설문은 익명으로 처리되지만 성실하게 응답하여 주시고, 특히 주관식 문항 응답 시 예의에 벗어나는 표현은 
         자제하여 주시기 바랍니다.    
    사. 한번 저장한 내용은 수정할 수 없사오니, 설문 응답 전 교과목을 확인하여 주십시오.

Course Survey by Students

All Yonsei students are required to participate in the course survey of all registered courses in the 2018 Spring semester. Students must complete the survey before they are given access to their course grades. Students who do not complete the survey for each of their courses during the course survey period will not be able to check their course grades. Your thoughtfulness would be highly appreciated, as the professors take your opinion into account in improving their courses, and survey result would be disclosed for future students as reference in selecting courses.

1. Course Survey Period: June 1st (Fri.) ~ July 5th (Thur.)

2. View & Appeal for Final Grade: June 29th(Fri.) ~ July 5th (Thur.)    
    ※Students can view their final grades only if they have completed the course survey without missing out on          any of the survey questions.

3. Directions    
    Go to Yonsei Portal Services (http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr/main/indexe.jsp) ⇒ Academic Information System      
    ⇒ Academic Management System ⇒ Log-in (Input ID, Password) ⇒ Click on ‘Course’    
    ⇒ Click on ‘Course Evaluation’ ⇒ ‘Save’ after Course Evaluation

4. Notices
    A. Though the survey process is conducted anonymously, it is students’ responsibility to provide honest yet          constructive feedback. Open ended questions provide the opportunity to make useful suggestions to the          professors; please do so in a positive and productive manner.        
    B. Students cannot make amendments once the survey is saved.         
    C. We advise you to conduct your course survey early as the online server may be overloaded with students           on the first day of grade check.        
    D. From 2012 Fall Semester, you can participate in the survey on the course information sharing          
         after viewing the instructional video clip regarding its major objective, purpose, attitude, etc.             
   ※ Please use Internet Explorer. Other browsers such as Firefox, Chrome may cause problem displaying Course Evaluation page.
   ※ If you still have problem displaying Course Evaluation page, please set your Internet Explorer to Compatibility view or Compatibility view settings. (Internet Explorer>Tools>Compatibility view or Compatibility view settings>Add "yonsei.ac.kr")
