Yonsei School of Business

Yonsei School of Business Dean Donghoon Kim, Seongmoon Kim, associate dean of its undergraduate program, and Dean Hirokazu Kono of the Keio University Business School have laid the foundation for an agreement expected to result in yearlong joint faculty appointments. The appointments are expected to benefit students at both schools and also raise the schools’ international stature.

 
The talks toward the agreement occurred during a May 4-6 academic conference in Hanoi, Vietnam, of the Association of Asia-Pacific Business Schools(AAPBS) Once the agreement is concluded, the two business schools can stimulate research through collaboration and exchange of faculty members for a research year. Students of the two universities will benefit through access to both excellent faculties. In addition, the improvement in the ratio of international faculty will help continued accreditation by AACSB and EQUIS and others and also improve the schools’ standings in world university rankings.
