Á¦Ãâ ³í¹® Á¦¸ñÀº “Two to tango: Team’s Intrapersonal Career Diversity, Leader’s Career Quality, and Team Performance”ÀÌ´Ù. ¸Å´ÏÁö¸ÕÆ® Àü°ø À¯ÀÌÁ¤(¹Ú»ç 2015³â ÀÔÇÐ) Çлý°ú Áöµµ±³¼öÀÎ ³ëÇöŹ ±³¼ö°¡ °øÀúÀÚÀÌ´Ù.

 

¹ÚÇö¼± ÇлýÀº »ý¾Ö ù ³í¹®Àε¥ Academy of Management ÇÐȸ¿¡¼­ ¹ßÇ¥µµ ÇÏ°í ÀÌ·¸°Ô Å« »ó±îÁö ¹Þ°Ô µÇ¾î¼­ ¸Å¿ì ±â»Ú°í ¿µ±¤À̶ó°í ÇÏ¿´´Ù. ÀÌ¾î “ºÎÁ·ÇÑ Á¦°¡ ÇÐÀÚ·Î ¼ºÀåÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖµµ·Ï Ç×»ó °Ý·ÁÇÏ°í, ¿­Á¤ÀûÀÎ Áöµµ·Î ÀλýÀÇ ¸àÅä°¡ µÈ ³ëÇöŹ ±³¼ö´Ô²² °¨»ç µå¸®¸ç ÀÌ ¿µ±¤À» µ¹¸®°í ½Í´Ù”°í Çß´Ù. ¶ÇÇÑ ÇÔ²² µ¥ÀÌÅ͸¦ ¸ðÀ¸¸ç ¿·¿¡¼­ ¸¹Àº Á¶¾ðÀ» ÁØ À¯ÀÌÁ¤ ¼±¹è¿¡°Ô °í¸¿´Ù´Â ¸»À» ÀüÇß´Ù. ¸¶Áö¸·À¸·Î, AKMS À§¿øȸ ±³¼ö´Ôµé°ú ¾Æ¸ð·¹ÆÛ½ÃÇÈ¿¡µµ °¨»çÀÇ Àλ縦 ÀüÇß´Ù.

 

AKMS´Â ¸Å´ÏÁö¸ÕÆ® ºÐ¾ß ÃÖ´ë ±¹Á¦ÇÐȸÀÎ AOM(Academy of Management) ¿¬·Ê ±¹Á¦Çмú´ëȸ¿¡¼­ ¹ßÇ¥µÇ´Â ³í¹® Áß ±¹³» ´ëÇпø»ýÀ» ´ë»óÀ¸·Î 2¸íÀÇ ¾Æ¸ð·¹ÆÛ½ÃÇÈ ÃÖ¿ì¼ö³í¹®»ó, ÇØ¿Ü À¯ÇÐ ´ëÇпø»ýÀ» ´ë»óÀ¸·Î 4¸íÀÇ »ï¼º°æÁ¦¿¬±¸¼Ò ÃÖ¿ì¼ö³í¹®»óÀ» ¼±Á¤ÇÑ´Ù.
