instructors and submit the form to the Graduate School administration office
within the application period.)

(Although a withdrawn class
has no effect on the GPA, 'W' (withdrawal) will appear as a remark for every
withdrawn class in the official transcript. 'W' will still be reflected even if
you retake the class.)
