재난위기학기 수강철회 특례제도 안내
Course Withdrawal for Emergency

 
재난위기학기 수강철회 특례제도는 코로나19 감염병 확산에 따른 전면 비대면·온라인강의 실시 상황에서 불안정한 네트워크 환경, 열악한 정보통신 기기 등 학습자의 학습능력이나 노력과 무관한 외적인 상황 요인으로 정당한 평가를 받지 못한 학생들에 대하여, 이를 보완하고자 2020-1학기에 한하여 시행하는 제도입니다.

The Course Withdrawal for Emergency is implemented only for the 2020 Spring semester courses to remedy the unfair evaluation result endowed unrelated to students’ learning abilities or efforts such as unstable network environment and poor IT devices in online/non-face-to-face classes under the COVID-19 pandemic.

 1. 신청대상자 : 2020-1학기를 이수한 신촌캠퍼스(국제캠퍼스 포함) 학부생
     Applicable Students : Undergraduates of Sinchon Campus(including the International Campus)
                                         who have completed the 2020 Spring semester.

     ※ 2020-1학기를 이수한 2020-2학기 재학생 및 휴학생(입대휴학생 포함) 모두
          이번 학기 수강철회 신청기간에 신청해주시기 바랍니다.

          All students (including those on leave and on military leave) should apply during this semester’s 
          course withdrawal period.

      - 2020년 8월 졸업자/학사학위수료자/제적자 신청 불가
      - 2020-2학기 의과대/치과대 소속 학생 신청 불가 (단, 2020-2학기 간호대 소속 학생 신청 가능)

2. 재난위기학기 수강철회 교과목의 범위 Applicable Courses for Withdrawal

    2020-1학기에 이수한 학부개설 교과목, 국내교환대학 교과목, 대학원 교과목(학부 인정, 대학원 인정) 중
    P/NP 교과목을 제외한 1과목에 대하여 철회 가능합니다. 단, 철회 후 이수과목이 최소 1과목 이상이 되어야 합니다.

    One course completed in 2020 Spring semester except for P/NP graded courses.
    At least one course must remain completed after withdrawal.

3. 재난위기학기 수강철회 신청 기간 및 방법 Course Withdrawal Period for Emergency

    2020.10. 6(화) 09:00 ~ 10.12.(월) 23:59
    October 6 (Tue) 09:00 ~ October 12 (Mon) 23:59

    연세포탈서비스(학사정보시스템→학사관리→수업→재난위기학기 수강철회→재난위기학기 수강철회 신청)에서
    학생이 직접 온라인으로 신청 (해당메뉴는 신청기간에만 확인 가능)

    Academic Management System (Degree Programs) ⇒ Course ⇒ Course Withdrawal for Emergency ⇒
    Apply for Withdrawal(You can check the menu only during the course withdrawal period for emergency.)

   ※ 철회 신청의 취소는 철회 신청기간에 시스템으로 가능하며, 신청기간 종료 후에는 절대 취소 불가하오니
        신중히 결정하고 신청해주시기 바랍니다.

        Cancellation of withdrawal is possible through the Yonsei Portal during the course withdrawal period.
        Withdrawal cannot be cancelled after the course withdrawal period.

   ※ 졸업예정 학생은 철회 신청하기 전에, 철회하더라도 졸업학점 이수요건에 지장이 없는지 반드시 확인하시기 바랍니다.

        Students who wish to graduate or be in ‘Completion of Bachelor’s Degree’ status must check
        whether the course withdrawal does not result in lack of graduation requirements

4. 재난위기학기 수강철회 결과 반영 Recalculating GPA after Course Withdrawal for Emergency

    2020. 10. 26(월) 09:00부터 연세포탈서비스(학사정보시스템→학적→학생정보→성적조회)에서 확인 가능합니다.
    철회한 과목은 성적표에 성적 대신 WE(Withdrawn for Emergency Situation)로 표기 되고,
    이수학점과 평량평균 계산에서 제됩니다.

    Recalculated GPA will be reflected from October 26 (Mon) 09:00, and can be checked at the
    Yonsei Portal Service (http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr/ → Academic Information System →
    Academic Management System (Degree Programs) → Course → Grading Browse).
    The withdrawn course will be marked as ’WE (Withdrawn for Emergency Situation)’ instead of grade
    on the transcript and be excluded from GPA calculation.

5. 학점 포기에 따른 제한 및 유의사항 Notices

     1) 졸업 (최)우등 졸업 대상에서 제외
          Students with the course withdrawal are not eligible for academic honors even if their GPAs
          meet the requirements

     2) 2020-1학기 학사경고, 성적불량제적, 우등생(최우등생, 우등생, 우수생) 선정은 철회 전 원성적을 적용합니다.
         2020 Spring semester academic warnings, academic warning dismissals, academic honors
         given based on the original GPA before withdrawal will remain effective regardless of the GPA change

     3) 한국장학재단 장학금 및 학자금 대출, 교내 장학금에는 철회 전 원성적을 적용합니다.
          The original GPA before withdrawal is applied in screening the qualification for the grants and
          scholarships, student loans of the Korea Student Aid Foundation

     4) 재난위기학기 수강철회 결과 반영 전 적용된 교외장학금의 경우 철회 전 원성적을 적용
          The original GPA before withdrawal is applied in screening the qualification 
          for internal and external scholarships
