2018년 8월 졸업신청 최종 변경(추가신청 및 연기) 안내

1. 신청방법: 연세포탈서비스(http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr) - 학사관리 - 학적 - 졸업 - 졸업신청및연기신청 메뉴에서    
                    졸업신청 또는 연기신청 선택 후 저장        
                   * 부전공 또는 3전공 이상의 복수전공을 희망하는 경우 원하는 전공을 선택한 후 저장

2. 최종 변경기간: 2018. 7. 2(월)  09:00 ~ 7. 4(수)  17:00

3. 기타     
   - 조기졸업 신청 취소는 교무처 학사지원팀(언더우드관 B101호)으로 방문하여 취소원을 제출하여야 합니다.
   - 졸업연기신청자 중 졸업요건을 충족한 경우라도 졸업을 하려면, 정규학기(졸업하려는 학기)에 1과목이상 수강하여       
     재학 중인 상태에서만 졸업(신청)을 할 수 있습니다.
   - 당해학기 졸업예정증명서는 졸업신청자에 한하여 발급됩니다(졸업연기신청자는 발급되지 않음).  
   - 부전공 이수희망자는 반드시 해당 부전공을 신청하여야 합니다(미신청시 심사대상에서 제외됨).    
   - 최종 기간이므로, 정해진 기간 이후에는 더이상 졸업신청의 변경이 불가합니다.

Last Application/Delay Period for August 2018 Graduation

1. Period: 9:00 am, July 2  ~ 5:00 pm, July 4, 2018 

2. The service is available at the Yonsei Portal System
     Visit the Yonsei portal system (http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr) → graduation(졸업) / advancement(진급)    
     → select graduation application(졸업신청) or graduation delay application(졸업연기신청) → save(저장)

3. Additional Notice
    - If an early graduation applicant wants to cancel graduation application, 
      please submit the cancellation form to Academic Support Team(B101 Underwood Hall).
   - Among graduation-delay applicants, students who already meet the graduation requirements
     should register at least one course during the semester(expected graduation semester)
     so that you can apply for graduation.
   - Certificate of expected graduation is only issued to graduation applicants.
   - Students who wish to declare a minor should apply through the portal system
      when applying for graduation. 
   - Please be sure to remember this is the last chance to change the graduation application status.
