2019년 2월 졸업 신청 안내

1. 신청 기간: 2018. 8. 8.(수) ~ 8. 30.(목)

2. 변경 기간
    가. 1차: 2018. 10. 24.(수) ~ 10. 31.(수)
    나. 최종: 2019. 01. 02.(수) ~ 01. 04.(금)
    ※ 최종 변경기간 이후에는 어떠한 경우에도 변경할 수 없음

3. 신청 구분
    가. 졸업 신청: “2019년 2월 학위수여일에 졸업하고자 합니다“ 선택
    나. 수료 신청: “2019년 2월 학위수여일 이후에 수료 상태로 남겠습니다” 선택
          1) 2019년 2월 학위수여일 이후 ‘수료’의 학적상태로 변경됨
          2) 2019학년도 1학기부터 수강신청 및 휴학신청이 불가함
          3) 수료 상태에서의 졸업 신청 시(~1월 말/~7월 말) 정해진 학위수여일(2월/8월)에 졸업 처리됨
          4) 수료자의 신분은 재학연한 범위 내에서만 가능(재학연한 마지막 학기에는 자동 졸업)
    다. 연기 신청: “졸업하지 않고 재학 상태로 학업을 계속하겠습니다” 선택

 4. 조기졸업 신청
     가. 신청방법 : 조기졸업신청원을 작성하여 학사지원팀으로 제출
                           (관련 공지문 및 서식은 9월 초에 홈페이지 공지사항에 안내 예정)
     나. 신청기간 : 2018. 9. 28.(금) ~ 10. 5.(금)까지
     다. 조기졸업 요건
          (1) 98학번 이전(포함)학번은 3.50/4.00(4.30)이상
          (2) 99학번부터는 3.75/4.30이상
               * 성적은 계절학기를 포함한 전체학년 성적
          주1) 편입생, 학사경고자는 제외됨
          주2) 조기졸업신청자는 계절학기에 개설되는 사회봉사과목을 수강신청할 수 없음

5. 유의사항
     가. 부전공 또는 제3전공 이상의 복수전공을 희망하는 졸업ㆍ수료 신청자는 원하는 전공을 선택 후 저장하여야 합니다.
     나. 졸업예정증명서는 졸업신청자에 한하여 학기 개시일 이후에 발급됩니다.
          (재학 중인 경우는 해당 학기를 포함하여 졸업학점 충족이 가능한 상태이어야 하며, 등록금 납부를 완료하여야 함)

Notices for February 2019 Graduation Application

1. Application Period: August 8(Wed), 2018 ~ August 30(Thur), 2018

2. Application Change Period
    a. First period: October 24(Wed), 2018 ~ October 31(Wed), 2018
    b. Final period: January 2(Wed), 2019 ~ January 4(Fri), 2019
        ※ No changes can be made under any circumstances after final period.

3. Application Criteria
    a. Application for ‘Graduation’: Select “I will graduate in February 2019”
    b. Application for ‘Completion of Course’: Select “I will be in the state of Completion of Course 
        after Commencement Day in February 2019”
        1) After Commencement Day in February 2019, your status will be changed to 'Completion of Course'.
        2) Course enrollment and leave of absence will not be available from 1st semester, 2019.
        3) When you apply for graduation in the state of 'Completion of Course'(~end of January/~end of July),
             you will graduate on the following February/August.
        4) You can remain in the state of 'Completion of Course' only within the maximum period of enrollment
            (you will be graduated automatically in the last semester).
    c. Application for ‘Pending Graduation’: Select “I will not graduate and continue to study”

4. Early graduation Application
     a. Submission: The application should fill out the application form for the early graduation and
                              submit it to the Academic Support Division
     b. Application period: September 28(Fri) ~ October 5(Fri)
     c. Qualification
         (1) The class of 95 (or before 95) with a grade point average of 3.50 /4.00(4.30) or above
         (2) From the class of 99 with a grade point average of 3.75/4.30 or above
          * Grade should cover the whole school year including winter /summer course.
          * Transfer students and Academic warning recipients cannot apply.

5. Notices
     a. Students who wish to declare a minor or 3rd major should choose the major they want and
         save it when applying for graduation or completion.
     b. Certificate of expected graduation is only issued to graduation applicants after the semester begins
         (You must pay tuition and be able to complete all the required graduation credits including the currently
          attending semester(summer/winter sessions)).
